All of this has happened before, and all of this will happen again…
In 1904, Oslo was devastated by an earthquake measuring 5.4 on the Richter scale. What would happen if a much larger quake hit today, where 1.5 million people now live?
From the people who brought you 2015’s hit The Wave, The Quake tells the story of ordinary people caught up in a terrifying series of events, and how they attempt to survive.
The usual players from the film collective Fantefilm are on hand for this one, including director John Andreas Andersen, writers John Kåre Raake and Harald Rosenløw-Eeg, and stars Ane Dahl Torp, Kristoffer Joner, and Hang Tran.
The Quake is slated for an August 31 release in Norway; no other dates have been announced for the rest of the world.
